Shipping Policy

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and ship your order using one of our reputable shipping partners. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way with the relevant tracking details!

Please allow 7–14 business days for our shipping partners to deliver your order. In most circumstances, your order should be delivered well before this timeframe.

If any issues arise with delivery, please contact us as well as our shipping partners as soon as possible to ensure timely correction of any issues to prevent your order being returned back to us. We will not be held responsible for any delays during transit.

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days using one of our partnered shipping companies. Shipping fees are calculated at 5% of the order value with a minimum of ₹60 (INR) applied for low value orders.

A valid free shipping coupon is required for free shipping. We currently do not offer free shipping outside of special promotions.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at welisten@gardeniawhispers.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
